Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 7 business days. Orders placed after 12pm PST on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package's progress.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Incorrect address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
